General information:

Responsibilities:

  1. Use electrical measuring and testing equipment.
  2. Utilize technical documentation such as Quality Advisory, Technical Advice, DO, checklists, drawings, C-18, etc.
  3. Apply organizational methods and methodologies, including Business Management Manual, Procurement, Health and Safety procedures, and General Processes of Individual Workshops.
  4. Implement job methods and methodologies, including work prioritization and planning, follow-up procedures, vacuum checks, and leading committee meetings.
  5. Use internal systems such as product identification, tagging, RNC, Poka, etc., and resolve complex problems through thorough analysis.
  6. Share knowledge and experience with less experienced staff.
  7. Participate in developing methods, instructions, and tests, and act as a technical leader.

Qualifications:

  1. College diploma (DEC) in electronics, instrumentation and controls, electrodynamics, electrical engineering, or related fields.
  2. 12-24 months of relevant experience.
  3. Proficiency in reading plans and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  4. Behavioral competencies include teamwork, self-control, impact and influence, communication skills, and the ability to stand firm.
  5. Knowledge of metric and international measurement systems.
  6. Environmental experience: working at heights, confined spaces, handling high voltage devices (>600 volts), working with oil, heat, cold, and operating vehicles such as trucks and elevating platforms.
  7. Fluency in English is preferred; knowledge of welding is an asset.
