Job Description

Testing and Commissioning Technician -

Day-to-day, as a PI (Product Introduction) Technician, you’ll work closely with teams across the business and be responsible for troubleshooting of the customers' products at customer sites in order to ensure their availability.

You will also provide technical expertise to subcontractors, warranty support team, project team members, and coaching to less experienced field operators.

You’ll specifically take care of

1. Respecting and enforcing customer EHSS policies and rules as well as relevant PI processes on customer sites
2. Troubleshooting including investigation and repair during PI period
3. Pre-warranty & Commissioning
4. Reporting any deviation in the Failure Management database
5. Field Modifications implementation
6. Fleet check activities
