Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Test Engineer to plan, set up, execute, and report product tests validating performance and customer requirements. You will support lab operations, develop test setups, analyze data, and collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

You will troubleshoot equipment, maintain safety and EH&S standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring technicians and documenting procedures and corrective

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in test, validation, or product engineering.
• Experience with instrumentation, controls, wiring, and data acquisition systems.
• Working knowledge of ControlLogix, PLCs, or similar automation platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, organization, and project management abilities.
• Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, industrial equipment, or data center products is an asset.
• Knowledge of 3D CAD software is preferred.

Position Description

The Test Engineer is responsible for planning, setting up, executing, and reporting product tests to validate performance and compliance with customer requirements.
