Skills and Responsibilities:

1. Test Management: Manage end-to-end testing activities for applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables, industry standard compliance, and smooth test cycle execution. Require strong domain expertise in Utility Operations, test planning, defect management, and stakeholder coordination. Exposure to test automation tools like Tosca is preferred.
2. Testing Execution: Conduct comprehensive functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing. Validate APIs, services, and map layers through manual and automated tests. Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent performance.
3. Defect & Quality Assurance: Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or HP ALM. Perform root cause analysis and defect triaging. Ensure compliance with QA standards and utility industry regulations. Provide testing metrics and progress reports.
4. Automation & Improvement: Contribute to test automation initiatives, especially in API testing. Support automation efforts for repetitive tasks, with manual testing as a primary focus.
5. Stakeholder & Team Management: Lead and mentor testing teams, coordinate with internal and external teams, and engage in requirement analysis and testing sign-offs to meet business expectations.
