Job description

We are seeking a CTA Test Engineer reporting to the CTA Project Manager.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

1. Plan, schedule, execute, and monitor tests requested by our customers.
2. Participate in drafting service offers and tracking time spent on each project.
3. Assist customers in developing test plans and oversee the technical aspects of their projects.
4. Guide technicians and project managers to meet objectives.
5. Develop equipment and program specialized test systems, especially in mechanical testing, vehicle electrification, battery testing, and dynamometer testing of transmissions and internal combustion engines.
6. Maintain technological watch on methods, instruments, and software, ensuring continuous improvement.
7. Coordinate mechanical and civil building upgrades and maintenance.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

1. A bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.
2. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
3. 10 to 15 years of experience in product or test bench development.
4. Capability to work in a project startup environment with evolving objectives.
