JOB OVERVIEW
The Test Cell Engineer plays a critical, hands-on role at the heart of our aircraft engine test operations. This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys being close to the hardware, solving real-world technical problems, and shaping the future of test infrastructure. You will be a key contributor to the modernization, reliability, and expansion of our test cells, including participation in the design and construction of up to two new test cells.
At FTAI Aviation, this is not a maintenance-only role. You will actively influence technical decisions, lead upgrades, support capital projects, and work closely with test engineers, technicians, suppliers, and leadership to continuously improve our testing capabilities.
