Electro‑Mechanical Technician – Evening shift, Full Time, Operations – Montreal, QC, CA

Responsibilities
  • Executes preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance tasks on machinery, Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment, and facilities according to written or verbal instructions.
  • Calibrates selected equipment using approved standards and procedures.
  • Participates in troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical equipment.
Qualifications
  • Shall respect all safety and health regulations in place at FTAI Aviation.
  • Has completed recognized training or has equivalent experience in the trade.
  • Is a holder of electrical certificate license (CE; formally License C).
  • Shall be able to troubleshoot and repair production equipment and utilities.
  • Shall respect assigned deadlines and due dates.
  • Has Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming and troubleshooting skills.
  • Is capable and competent to perform all work of the trade in accordance with approved standards and documented instructions.
  • Is able to use appropriate tools, methods, techniques, and equipment necessary to perform a variety of maintenance and select calibration tasks.
  • Possesses sufficient knowledge of materials, specifications, and blueprint reading to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Shall create detailed records of executed tasks in manual or electronic form.
