Ross Video is seeking a Test Automation & Software Developer Co-op for the Winter Term (January–April 2027) in Kanata, Ontario. You will work with the Edge Technologies team to develop automation, write tests, and debug issues within shipping product code.
You should have OO programming experience (C++/Java) and familiarity with Python or Robot Framework, plus version control tools and Agile practices. The role offers a flexible co-op duration and a competitive pay rate.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a member of the Edge Technologies development team, you will experience first-hand the challenges and rewards of product development and testing.
You’ll become an expert in Ross Video audio and video live production by working side by side with engineers to develop code, execute tests, and debug/fix bugs. You will be a champion of product quality by improving test coverage and efficiency through automated testing. You won’t just be writing one-off scripts; rather you’ll be developing automation code that will be reused for many years to come. This position is based out of the Kanata Research and Development facility. Our pay rates range from $24 - $35 per hour, based on experience. We are open to hiring for any length of co-op term (4, 8, 12, 16 months) however a longer duration is preferred.
