Job summary

CFIB is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our Prince George team. You will manage and grow your assigned sales territory, meeting with local business owners to understand their needs and present CFIB solutions that deliver value and savings.

You will operate with autonomy, earn a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, and participate in ongoing training and leadership development.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Coachable mindset with interest in long-term career growth.
• Field-based role with CRM/digital platform experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities
