Hergott Farm Equipment Ltd. in Humboldt, SK is currently seeking a full-time Territory Sales Representative who has a desire and ability to learn, grow relationships, and adapt to current and future farm businesses. We have been a progressive, independently-owned Case IH dealership in central Saskatchewan since 1944.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with farmers and agricultural businesses throughout your assigned territory
• Identify customer needs and recommend equipment solutions that improve productivity and profitability
• Promote new and used equipment, technology solutions, and related products
• Generate leads and prospect new customers
• Stay informed on industry trends, crop conditions, and competitive products
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financing options
• Participate in training and equipment demonstrations

Requirements:

• Agricultural background or experience in equipment sales is an asset
• Display excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with ability to meet deadlines
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to effectively solve problems and analyze/interpret basic reports
• Strong ability to use computer systems and internet functions
