Job summary

MoveSmart Rentals is seeking a Leasing Agent to conduct residential property showings and convert prospects into offers across Ontario. This field-based, sales-focused role requires travel between properties and strong closing instincts.

You will prepare properties, handle objections, and help prospects submit offers through our technology, while taking high-quality photos/videos for marketing. Compensation includes Base + Commission (C$55,000–C$70,000) plus performance-based commission, or 100%

Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential leasing or related sales.
• Experience with single-family homes and condos preferred.
• Strong sales, objection handling, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property showings across your assigned territory.
• Prepare properties before scheduled showings and capture photos/videos.
• Present properties professionally and understand what matters to each prospect.
• Handle objections involving price, features and competing rentals.
• Convert prospects into completed offers and assist with submitting offers through our technology.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the leasing process.
• Manage multiple properties and appointments daily.
