Job summary

7-Eleven Distribution Canada Corp. (SEDCC) is seeking a driven Territory Outside Sales Representative to manage a Vancouver Island territory, grow non-corporate customer accounts, and uncover new business opportunities.

You will serve as the main contact between customers and SEDCC, driving sales growth and strong partnerships. The role emphasizes building relationships, presenting solutions, and promoting products while traveling within the assigned market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, account management, business development, or related experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships and grow customer accounts.
• Strong prospecting and new business development skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Post-secondary education in Business or a related field is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

7-Eleven Distribution Canada Corp. (SEDCC) is looking for a driven, customer-focused Territory Outside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. If you thrive on building relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and helping customers succeed, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact while growing your career with one of North America's most recognized brands. This position is based out of Vancouver Island.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a territory of non-corporate customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact between customers and SEDCC. This is a highly visible role that offers the opportunity to build meaningful customer partnerships while driving sales growth.

Compensation

Competitive earnings package including a base salary of $37,960.00 plus uncapped commission and a car allowance. Successful representatives have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through sales performance.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of sales, account management, business development, or related experience

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience analyzing sales results and identifying opportunities for growthProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience in B2B sales, distribution, wholesale, foodservice, convenience retail, or related industries is considered an asset
• Post-secondary education in Business or a related field is considered an asset
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory

Pay

Pay: $43,888.00 -$71,944.00 Annual
