Job summary

7-Eleven Distribution Canada Corp. (SEDCC) seeks a driven Territory Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow a territory of non-corporate customer accounts based on Vancouver Island, with focus on Nanaimo and surrounding areas.

You will prospect, develop new business, and serve as the primary contact between customers and SEDCC, coordinating promotions and product distribution while traveling within the territory to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, account management, business development, or related experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships and grow customer accounts.
• Strong prospecting and new business development skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in B2B sales or related industries is an asset.
• Post-secondary education in Business is an asset.

7-Eleven Distribution Canada Corp. (SEDCC) is looking for a driven, customer-focused Territory Outside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. If you thrive on building relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and helping customers succeed, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact while growing your career with one of North America's most recognized brands. This position is based out of Vancouver Island.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a territory of non-corporate customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact between customers and SEDCC. This is a highly visible role that offers the opportunity to build meaningful customer partnerships while driving sales growth.

Compensation

Competitive earnings package including a base salary of $37,960.00 plus uncapped commission and a car allowance. Successful representatives have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through sales performance.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow relationships with third party customers
• Prospect and acquire new business within your assigned territory

• Participate in sales meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Travel throughout the assigned market to support customer relationships and business growth

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of sales, account management, business development, or related experience
• Proven ability to build relationships and grow customer accounts
• Strong prospecting and new business development skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience analyzing sales results and identifying opportunities for growth
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience in B2B sales, distribution, wholesale, foodservice, convenience retail, or related industries is considered an asset
• Post-secondary education in Business or a related field is considered an asset
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory

Pay: $43,888.00 -$71,944.00 Annual
