As a Territory Manager, Toronto Core, you will be accountable for the performance of your immediate territory and contribute to the overall success of the Sales department. With a focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and operational performance, you will execute sales programs and initiatives to establish, maintain, and grow Cronos Adult Use and Medical brands through your accounts list and new accounts. The ideal candidate must be motivated, dynamic, customer-focused, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple deadlines with competing priorities.

This position is based out of Toronto, Ontario.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Identify new distribution opportunities and build partnerships that maximize profitable share and volume through distribution, visibility, and service.
  2. Manage all accounts in your assigned territory and establish Cronos as a first-choice partner with all customers.
  3. Implement and adhere to Cronos Vision and Values, leveraging sales fundamentals within the Cronos sales process.
  4. Manage projects on time and within budget.
  5. Execute marketing initiatives and leverage them into consumer loyalty and sales.
  6. Lead regional trade shows and brand activations.
  7. Conduct industry and brand education sessions with key stakeholders.
  8. Create brand awareness and community engagement within your territory.
  9. Maintain CRM database on customer/prospect interactions and targets to meet business goals.
  10. Participate in weekly Sales team conference calls, presenting KPI progress, competitive activity, regional insights, etc.
  11. Achieve KPI targets related to volume, share, in-store condition, distribution, product placement, quality standards, and compliance.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Three to five years’ experience in Sales, Cannabis, Beverage alcohol, Tobacco, or similar industry (preferred).
  • Experience working in the cannabis industry in Ontario (asset).
  • University degree (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive judgment and initiative.
  • Understanding of consumer motivators and customer goals.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to train staff and build brand awareness during sampling events.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professional demeanor aligned with the premium Cronos portfolio.
