Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Canada is recruiting a Lung / Lymphoma Oncology Territory Manager for the Calgary Territory, covering Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. We focus on unmet medical needs in Pulmonary Hypertension, Oncology, Immunology & Neuroscience, bringing innovative ideas, products, and services to patients worldwide. You will support the launch of RYBREVANT for lung cancer and IMBRUVICA for CLL, working with Hemato-Oncologists and Medical Oncologists in your territory. The Territory Manager develops and implements business plans and sales strategies, applying clinical fluency and consultative selling to support Johnson & Johnson products, influence customer decisions, and achieve sales and market share goals. You will serve as a partner providing solutions and technical support, and sharing insights with your team.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve sales targets by building strong relationships with healthcare providers through consultative selling.
  2. Identify key business drivers and plan resources effectively through a territory business plan.
  3. Utilize insights, strategies, and customer engagement to deliver value and meet customer needs.
  4. Use clinical and therapeutic expertise to influence decision-making and support HCPs.
  5. Develop deep understanding of the healthcare environment, including competitors and regulations.
  6. Use CRM tools (iConnect / Veeva) for planning and tracking activities.
  7. Address HCP education needs via educational platforms and regional activities.
  8. Ensure compliance with policies and foster a customer-centric culture.
  9. Analyze data to develop strategic plans, prioritize high-value customers, and drive results.
  10. Participate in sales meetings and conferences, sharing best practices.
  11. Implement compliant strategies to enhance engagement and achieve goals.
  12. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams to coordinate activities and optimize patient experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business preferred.
  • At least 3 years of successful sales experience in healthcare or related industry.
  • Experience with medical oncologists or specialists is a plus.
  • Strong business planning, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with initiative.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Customer-focused with collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
