Job summary

SNDL is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales and grow cannabis retail partnerships across Ontario. You will present product information, negotiate opportunities, and exceed targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, conducting demos, building relationships with retailers, and delivering timely follow-ups and reports. Travel to client sites and industry events is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in cannabis or a related field.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with client-focused outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to hit goals.
  • Promote and sell cannabis products to retailers and businesses.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely follow-up.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts and relevant docs.

Work LocationRemote - OntarioAbout the RoleThe Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales, building & maintaining relationships with retail clients and ensuring overall customer satisfaction within the Cannabis industry. The role involves presenting product information, negotiating business opportunities, securing strong retail relationships and exceeding sales targets.
