Bridgestone Americas is seeking a Territory Dealer Manager to oversee sales performance in the Manitoba and Saskatchewan regions. This role involves managing dealer relationships, selling commercial tires, and executing business plans to achieve sales targets. Successful candidates will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, with a travel requirement of approximately 50%.
Position Summary
The Territory Dealer Manager will serve as the face of Bridgestone in an assigned territory and will be responsible for delivering sales targets for a network of commercial tire dealers and fleet customers. The successful candidate will be a
motivated self-starter with sales and account management experience. The individual will bring analytic-based decision making, expertise in making sales presentation and prioritization of workload. The candidate will be taught the
Bridgestone portfolio through an in-depth e-learning modules, a qualified peer mentor and in-field shadowing of a seasoned teammate. The ideal candidate will have background that includes a record of achievement and showcases
increasing responsibility. Problem solving, communication, organization, business planning and development, customer management, growing market share are all important aspects of this position.
