Job summary

Timac Agro Canada is seeking an Agronomic Technical Consultant (ATC) to spend your days meeting growers and ag retailers, teaching how our technologies boost productivity in a sustainable, profitable farm economy. You will travel within your territory to provide agronomic services, demonstrations, and value‑add solutions.

We value self‑starters with excellent people skills, B2B sales or consulting experience, and strong time management.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in agriculture.
• B2B sales or consulting experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily within assigned territory meeting prospects and customers.
• Educate growers on Timac Agro technologies and agronomic services.
• Initiate field demonstrations and coordinate crop tours.
• Represent the brand at events and deploy campaigns.
• Develop a sales plan to grow revenue within the territory.
• Record visit details and pre-orders in CRM daily.
• Collaborate with management and external stakeholders.
