Rocket Lab is seeking a bilingual Territory Account Executive for its Outside Sales team in Toronto. You will focus on acquiring partnerships with local restaurants, involving prospecting and negotiating revenue agreements. The role offers a hybrid work schedule and opportunities for travel within Canada, emphasizing creative sales strategies and supporting SMBs in the restaurant industry.
The Outside Sales team has been the face of DoorDash to our merchant partners since our founding in 2013. Stationed locally, this team creates deep partnerships with the most coveted local and regional restaurants in any given geography. Our Outside Sales team is the revenue driving arm of DoorDash and ensures the growth of our partnerships which help strengthen operations, accelerate consumer growth, and improve our bottom line.
We are looking for a bilingual Territory Account Executive (Regional Merchant Lead) for the Outside Sales team to establish partnerships with our local merchants across Canada. As part of our Outside Sales team, you'll join a team of experienced sales professionals who have excelled in the art of leading deliberate sales processes. You'll be focused on new restaurant acquisition with a transactional deal cycle and bringing on the best local and regional restaurants onto the DoorDash platform. In this role you will prospect, meet with, and close partnerships with these merchants.
You will report into the Regional Sales Manager on our Canada team where you'll have direct access to all you'll need to grow your career to the next level. This is a hybrid role with some time traveling in the region meeting with prospective merchants (2-3 days per week) and some time remote. In addition, this role will require the ability to travel as needed for in-person collaboration through trainings, offsites, team-building events, and other business related necessity.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un ou d’une chargé(e) des comptes de restaurant francophone pour l’équipe des ventes externes afin d’établir des partenariats avec nos commerçants locaux à Montréal. En tant que membre de notre équipe des ventes externes, vous vous joindrez à une équipe de professionnels de la vente expérimentés qui excellent dans l’art des processus de vente délibérés. Vous vous concentrerez sur l’acquisition de nouveaux restaurants avec un cycle d’offres transactionnelles et vous attirerez les meilleurs restaurants locaux et régionaux sur la plateforme DoorDash. Dans ce rôle, vous rechercherez, rencontrerez et établirez des partenariats avec ces commerçants.
Vous relèverez de la direction régionale des ventes de notre équipe de l’Est du Canada, où vous aurez un accès direct à tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour faire progresser votre carrière. Il s’agit d’un poste hybride qui devrait être principalement sur le terrain (2 à 3 jours) pour rencontrer des clients potentiels et 1 à 2 jours de travail à distance à domicile.
