Job Description

This position of Terminal Manager will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the terminal in Moncton, NB, and the surrounding service area.

1. The candidate must have extensive LTL experience, a previous management role, strong leadership/communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
2. They must manage internal and external customer relationships and focus on performance through KPI monitoring.
3. They must be self-motivated and promote a safe and positive working environment.
4. They must be able to work closely with customers and our sales team to grow the market in the area.

Qualifications

4. Experience in transportation technology, handhelds, scanners, and other programs
