Job Description

This position of Terminal Manager will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the terminal in Moncton NB and the surrounding service area.

1. The candidate must have extensive LTL experience, previous management role, strong leadership and communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
2. Manage internal and external customer relationships and focus on performance through KPI monitoring.
3. Be self-motivated and promote a safe and positive working environment.
4. Work closely with customers and the sales team to grow the market in the area.
