Qualifications

• Experience as teppanyaki chef or Japanese cuisine cook.

• Ability to prepare meat, seafood, vegetables, and ingredients.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
• Good knife skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and seasonings according to recipes.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Keep the grill, kitchen equipment, and work area clean and organized.
• Follow kitchen safety procedures and manage cooking equipment responsibly.
• Work efficiently with kitchen staff to fulfill customer orders.
• Provide friendly customer service and demonstrate cooking skills when required.
