Temporary Part-time Educational Assistant

East Central Alberta Catholic Separate School Division invites applications for the position of a temporary part-time Educational Assistant at Theresetta Catholic School in Castor, Alberta. The successful candidate will assist the school's complexity needs in its role of providing targeted interventions and skill development for students who require additional support.

The educational assistant will be supporting the school in the following areas:

• Supporting students with complex needs


• Supporting social-emotional learning


• Supporting Regulation and Executive Functioning


• Assisting students with self-regulation, organization, attention and readiness for learning

The position starts as soon as a suitable candidate is found, and the contract will terminate on June 25, 2027. This position is subject to the ECCS-CUPE (Canadian Union of Public Employees) Support Staff Collective Agreement.
