The position requires CLHA registration eligibility, completion of HCA certificate within 18 months, and BLSEnglish communication.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible for registration or practice permit with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA) as a Health Care Aide.
• Proof of Health Care Aide Certificate within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support nurses with routine care and observe patient well-being.
• Maintain a safe environment and communicate with patients and staff.
