RW&CO Ottawa Train Yards is seeking a Temporary Fashion Associate for a part-time, temporary 3-month role. You will deliver personalized service, process transactions at the cash desk, and maintain a welcoming store environment while staying flexible with evenings, weekends and holidays.

You will use product knowledge, assist in fitting rooms, and support daily store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a welcoming experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to priorities.
• Team player with attention to detail and positive attitude.
