Job summary

RW&CO is seeking a Fashion Associate in Vaughan to deliver personalized service, assist customers in the fitting room, and process transactions at the cash desk. You will help maintain a welcoming, well-organized store and uphold RW&CO’s visual standards.

The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, and a passion for fashion. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg).
