About Jewellery & Industrial Metals

What You Will Be Doing

• Providing daily support to customers with current pricing, quotes, and processing orders.
• Handling administrative tasks such as inquiries, invoicing, filing, and mail.
• Informing customers about new products, services, promotions, and upcoming events.
• Registering new customers by opening accounts.
• Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
• Resolving product or service issues by clarifying complaints, diagnosing causes, and explaining solutions, followed by follow-up to ensure resolution.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Who We Are Looking For

• College diploma or equivalent in business administration, marketing, or a related field, with experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Advanced computer skills (Outlook, MS Office).
• Attention to detail.
