You will operate a Class 1 unit safely, perform required inspections, and ensure on-time deliveries while prioritizing safety. This temporary role suits drivers who communicate well with dispatch and adapt quickly to changing schedules.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 driver's licence.
• Verifiable experience driving tractor-trailer units.
• Working knowledge of pre-trip inspections and load securement.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class 1 vehicle safely and in line with Alberta regulations.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects promptly.
• Make sure loads are secured before the vehicle moves.
• Keep accurate driving logs and delivery paperwork.
• Stay in contact with dispatch and deliver to the schedule given.
• Take part in hazard assessments, toolbox talks and safety meetings.

The Role

You drive a Class 1 unit safely, keep your inspections and paperwork clean, and get the work done on schedule. We want drivers who work well with dispatch, take direction and put safety first.

What You'll Do

• Operate a Class 1 commercial vehicle safely and in line with Alberta regulations
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects promptly
