Job summary

Southern Health-Santé Sud is seeking a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse for in-person home care, personal care home, or transitional care. The role requires applying nursing processes to help clients reach optimal health in a people-centered approach.

The incumbent will work with a diverse team, demonstrate professional standards, and maintain competencies per RHPA guidelines. ACLS, CTAS, TNCC, and BLS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold current active registration with the relevant Manitoba nursing college.
• ACLS, CTAS, TNCC and BLS certifications are required.
• Bilingual (English/French) proficiency is essential.
