Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is seeking an Associate Director of Care for Norfinch Community in North York, ON. This temporary full-time days role supports a clinical leadership position, guiding a care team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in a long-term care setting.

You will oversee clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality initiatives while mentoring nursing staff and collaborating with physicians, therapists and dietary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing Science or equivalent post-diploma education.
• Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the College of Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to nursing staff to ensure safe, person-centered care.
• Train, supervise and evaluate nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, PSWs/HCAs.
• Ensure compliance with Ontario/BC long-term care regulations and maintain documentation.
• Lead quality improvement and regulatory inspections and actions as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care plans.
