Job summary

David’s Bridal in Cambridge, Canada is hiring a Store Manager who will lead a high-performing team to deliver world-class customer service and achieve sales goals. You’ll supervise floor coverage, coaching, scheduling, and events while upholding brand standards and dress code.

Qualifications

• Four years retail management experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and deliver five-star customer service.
• Experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Manage floor, assign shifts, provide feedback for five-star service.
• Coach team weekly; develop action plans via SBI coaching.
• Drive sales KPIs and achieve store goals.
• Manage scheduling, payroll and store expenses.
