Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer first culture across all roles.
• Reviews results, provides feedback, and maintains a five-star customer experience.
• Coaches and trains to enhance selling skills and processes.
• Manages payroll within budget and monitors timesheets for all roles.
• Achieves Total Monthly Income goals through foundational excellence and leadership.
• Monitors inventory, special orders, receipts, layaway, and repairs.
• Communicates daily sales goals and drives action with the team.
• Assesses performance and develops improvement plans via reviews.
• Builds a strong talent pipeline and ensures adequate staffing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
