David’s Bridal is hiring a full-time Stylist in Canada to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will assist customers in selecting bridal gowns and accessories, coordinate appointments, and collaborate with alterations teams while maintaining a welcoming, stylish store environment.

The role emphasizes personalized service, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS systems desired.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-Star customer service to store customers.
• Greet customers and manage in-store and phone interactions with enthusiasm.
• Use POS and iPad tools to research and communicate information to customers.
• Coordinate appointments and fittings, including bridal party arrangements.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising and equipment and support loss prevention.
