Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support for telephony systems such as 3CX, Avaya, Mitel, and Shortel, troubleshooting issues and ensuring uptime.
  • Assist in maintaining network performance, specifically for Cisco and Fortinet devices, resolving connectivity or security issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve VoIP-related problems, including call quality issues and SIP trunk configurations.
  • Offer technical support to users, including troubleshooting telephony and network-related problems.
  • Monitor telephony and network systems, identify potential issues, and proactively take corrective action.

Skills Required:

  • Strong experience supporting telephony platforms such as 3CX, Avaya, Mitel, and Shortel.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting VoIP systems and SIP trunk issues.
  • Solid understanding of network protocols, with experience supporting Cisco and Fortinet devices.
  • Familiarity with Ubiquiti networking devices for troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues.
  • Strong diagnostic skills for resolving telephony and network-related issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent ability to communicate with end-users and technical teams to resolve issues.

Salary:

  • $55,000 to $75,000 base
