Job summary

Stantec invites a Telecommunications Structures Team Leader to join our Buildings group in the Quebec region. You will oversee a specialized team, ensuring technical and operational excellence on complex steel-structure projects such as towers, masts, and installed rooftop structures.

You should have a civil engineering degree with 10 years of telecom-structures experience, be an OIQ member, and proficient in French; English is a plus for cross-regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structures.
• 10 years of experience in the analysis and design of telecommunications structures/steel frames.
• Member of the OIQ.
• Knowledge of TS Tower software.
• Excellent ability to work in a team; plan work to meet deadlines and project targets; French spoken/written is strong; English is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Telecommunications Structures Team, overseeing technical and operational management of a specialized group.
• Work on various structures, mainly steel, including towers, masts, and other structures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver complex projects on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable codes.
