Stantec Consulting International Ltd. recherche un/une Leader d'Équipe en Structures Télécoms basé à Montréal, Laval ou Longueuil, avec travail sur site ou en mode hybride.

Vous superviserez une équipe spécialisée et gérerez des projets variés sur des structures en acier telles que tours, mâts et structures associées. Le candidat idéal possède un baccalauréat en génie civil, 10 ans d'expérience et est membre de l’OIQ, avec une connaissance du logiciel TS Tower en tant qu’atout et une excellente

Qualifications

• Baccalauréat en génie civil, spécialisation en structures.
• 10 années d'expérience en analyse et conception de structures télécom/charpentes acier.
• Membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
• Maîtrise du logiciel TS Tower est un atout.
• Bon esprit d'équipe et gestion des délais et performances des projets.

Your opportunities

Stantec is offering you a great opportunity to join the telecommunications structures team in a key role based in Montreal, Laval, or Longueuil, working on-site or in a hybrid mode. As a Telecommunications Structures Team Leader, you will be responsible for the technical and operational management of a specialized team, while actively contributing to the completion of varied and complex projects. You will work on different types of structures, mainly steel, including towers (self-supporting, guyed, and tubular), masts, structures installed on building roofs, power transmission towers, water tanks, and other special structures.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, specializing in structures;
• 10 years of experience in the analysis and design of telecommunications structures/steel frames;
• Member of the OIQ;
• Knowledge of TS Tower software (a significant asset);
• Excellent ability to work in a team;
• Plan work to meet deadlines and expected project performance targets.
• Good command of spoken and written French. Knowledge of English is an asset to facilitate collaboration with our internal teams outside Quebec or with clients.
