Job summary

P3D inc. is seeking a Hybrid permanent full-time Telecommunications Project Manager in Ontario. You will coordinate projects, oversee daily operations, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while leading a team of engineers and technicians.

The role requires the ability to work both in person and remotely, with travel willingness and a focus on delivering on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Tasks

• Coordinate telecommunication projects to ensure they meet requirements, budgets and deadlines
• Direct and control daily operations
• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Review projects to ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and government regulatory
• Establish and implement policies and procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
• Oversee the preparation of reports
• Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and directives of government regulatory agencies
• Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
• Supervise technicians, technologists, programmers, analysts and other engineers
• Prepare material cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications
• Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies and systems
