Job summary

Tridon Communications is seeking a skilled Cabling Project Manager to lead large-scale telecom deployment projects across Northern Alberta. You will coordinate with technical teams, field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and client stakeholders from kickoff through closeout.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing telecom, wireless, RF, fiber, or network projects.
• Strong technical background in telecom components, RF, fiber optics, power, and antenna structures.
• Experience overseeing installation crews and subcontractors and communicating with stakeholders.
• QA/QC processes and field inspection requirements knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of telecom projects from planning to closeout.
• Oversee field installations, site work, equipment staging, and commissioning.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies to deliver on time.
• Maintain project documentation including schedules, RFIs, change management, and risk registers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across deployments.
