Rogers Communications, Inc. in Montreal, QC is seeking a Delivery Specialist (Wireline) to manage business customer orders and deployment of wireline, IP, SIP, and Managed Wi‑Fi projects.

You will coordinate resources, validate COPs in Salesforce, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires 2+ years in telecom, knowledge of Ethernet/IP/SIP, and bilingual English/French.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in telecommunications, B2B is preferred.
• Knowledge of Rogers Business services, products and procedures.
• Knowledge of Ethernet, IP, SIP, MPLS, Wi‑Fi, UCC.
• Proficiency with CBS and Salesforce (TOM) and unified desktop.
• Strong communication across levels and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to propose new ideas and challenge the status quo.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Post-secondary education in a related technology or telecommunications field.
• PMP certification is an asset.
• Bilingual English & French is an asset.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfilment, coordination and administration for business customer orders, ensuring delivery within defined milestones.
• Receive and validate COP requests via Salesforce for all lines of business including Wireline, Data Centre, IOT and Service Migrations.
• Coordinate with project resources to plan, prepare and execute on delivery requirements.
• Facilitate status meetings and oversee project milestones.
• Process MACD requests for Rogers for Business Services.
• Build customer relationships through prompt and exceptional service and effective communication.
• Define delivery plans and communicate schedules to customers, assessing risk.
• Coordinate and confirm firm installation dates with customers.
• Liaise with field technicians to ensure smooth delivery.
• Ensure timely billing activation and communicate service activation status to customers.
