Job summary

SupportMyMac is seeking a Technology Success Advisor to help clients make smart technology decisions that boost productivity, security, and growth. You will meet with business owners to assess goals, identify opportunities, and recommend practical solutions.

Collaborate with vendors and our technical team to turn ideas into action and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You will bridge business goals with technology, delivering exceptional service within Canada’s Apple ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid understanding of business technology and IT environments.
• Experience working directly with customers or clients.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into everyday language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.

You'll meet with business owners and leaders, learn about their goals and challenges, identify opportunities to improve their technology, and recommend solutions that help them succeed. You'll work closely with clients, vendors, and our technical team to turn ideas into action and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

In short, you'll be the bridge between our clients' business goals and the technology solutions that help them achieve them.
