Job summary
Canada Life in Toronto invites applications for a Permanent Full Time Senior Analyst in Strategic Finance. You will partner with Tech leaders to drive long-term strategic outcomes, delivering complex financial models, business cases, and executive-ready insights.
You will manage multiple initiatives, track budgets, prepare management reports, and support cloud cost governance with Power BI and automation tools. A university degree and 5+ years in finance or strategy are required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in finance, consulting or strategy roles.
- Experience in technology or financial services environments is preferred.
- Strong ability to translate data into executive-friendly insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of detailed financial models for strategic technology initiatives.
- Own end-to-end business case development including cost-benefit analysis and scenario modelling.
- Deliver management reporting with executive summaries and insights.
- Support cloud financial reporting, including consumption tracking and variance reporting with BI tools.
