Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Technology Lead with Workday Techno Functional experience. This position will be responsible for developing integrations and leading the track end-to-end. The candidate will collaborate with Client Business Teams and IT teams on design, build, and testing of integrations, adhering to timelines and quality standards.

The Technology Lead will interface with key stakeholders, applying Workday HCM domain and technical expertise across project stages including Requirements Elicitation, Design, Build, and Deployment. Responsibilities include creating high-level design artifacts, participating in HR digital projects, integration development, and supporting Workday Application Maintenance and Support activities. The role promotes a learning culture emphasizing teamwork, collaboration, excellence, diversity, and respect.

Skills

• Located within commuting distance of Calgary/Ontario or willing to relocate; travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of relevant experience can substitute for each year of education.
• At least 4 years of IT experience.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship; no immigration sponsorship available.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support.
• Proficiency in implementing Workday solutions, building integrations, reports, and customizing business processes.
• Experience running reports, performance tuning, and troubleshooting Data issues, Reporting, Analytics, and Security configurations.
• Strong experience with Workday technologies such as EIB, Studio, BIRT, XML/XSLT, and Cloud Connect.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in Workday production support and full SDLC support lifecycle.
• Knowledge of HCM modules like Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Benefits, Payroll.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred

• Experience with large ERP projects and third-party system integrations.
• Leadership skills and Agile techniques knowledge (e.g., BDD, TDD).
• Deep understanding of HR module flows and testing processes.

The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods and effective communication via various channels.

Estimated annual compensation for Ontario: $89,004 to $115,491.
