Technology Lead - Workday HCM Lead

Infosys is seeking a Technology Lead – HCM with extensive experience in Workday HCM. The role involves interfacing with key stakeholders and applying domain, technical, and functional expertise, including requirements elicitation, design, build, and deployment of solutions for supporting the customer's Workday HCM application. As a Senior Consultant, the individual will contribute to the creation and development of industry solutions and participate in digital projects involving HCM, integration development, and collaboration with various teams and third parties to orchestrate digital solutions using Workday HCM.

Location & Travel

• Candidate must be within commuting distance of Calgary, Ontario, or willing to relocate.
• This position may require travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 4 years of IT experience.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer-sponsored visa.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementation or support projects.
• Proficiency in HCM processes, reports, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Workday cloud projects, integrations, reports, and business process customization.
• Experience in HCM modules and implementing IT/business solutions in Workday.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on large, complex HCM projects in teams.
• Knowledge of full SDLC lifecycle, agile practices, and global delivery environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
