Job summary

Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. is seeking a Director, IT M&A Integrations in Markham, ON to lead end-to-end technology integration of acquisitions. You will manage pre-close due diligence, Day 1 readiness, TSA exit, and post-close integration with cross-functional leaders.

You will drive target operating models, application rationalization, and multi-cloud migrations while ensuring secure, compliant integrations and measurable synergies across the deal lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT management, enterprise architecture, or IT operations with a focus on IT integration for M&A.
• Proven experience leading IT due diligence, Day 1 readiness, TSA management, and post-close integration.
• Experience in multi-entity or industrial environments with multi-million dollar budgets.
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence CIOs/CTOs.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT due diligence on target companies, assess applications, infrastructure, cloud, security, and license portfolios.
• Design and execute Day 1 readiness plans; own critical-path workstreams and cutover activities.
• Develop TOM for IT and roadmaps for application rationalization and infrastructure migration.
• Manage TSA scope, timing, extension requests, and vendor relationships for standup of replacement capabilities.
• Track integration milestones, budget, and benefits realization; report to senior leaders and deal teams.
• Provide trusted advisory across IT, Security, HR, Finance, Legal, and business ops; lead change management.
