Canadian Tire Corporation invites new graduates to join the Next Generation Talent Program as Technology Associates, starting June 2027. Through three rotations in IT, you’ll gain hands-on experience across Digital, AI platforms, development and security, while applying agile methods and data-driven decision-making.

You’ll contribute to initiatives that improve how we serve customers, work with experienced professionals, and build a long-term technology career within our organization.

• Graduated Fall 2026 or expect to graduate by Spring 2027 and start full-time in June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across IT functions to gain exposure in areas such as Digital/eCommerce, AI platforms, development, automation, cyber security, and governance.
• Apply agile methodologies to deliver digital initiatives and support business processes.
• Contribute to initiatives that accelerate digital evolution and customer-focused tech solutions.
