Bell invites you to join its Technology Services Graduate Program in Canada. This 24-month rotational program pairs you with industry experts to develop technical and leadership skills, working on cloud, data, and AI-enabled solutions.

You’ll gain hands-on experience through mentorship, exclusive events, and networking opportunities with mentors and senior leaders. As a participant, you’ll contribute to high-impact projects, build in-demand technical skills, and receive leadership development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in CS, Math, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics or related field.
• Less than three years of combined professional work experience.
• Eligible for Bell's Graduate Program per Students & Graduates site.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Greater Toronto Area, Montreal, Ottawa, or Quebec City.

Responsibilities

• Join a 24-month rotational program to broaden technical and leadership experience.
• Explore enterprise datasets, perform exploratory data analysis, and build ML models and AI agents.
• Develop and scale production-grade ML and Generative AI applications using MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, automation).
• Design and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data models across repositories.
• Apply data-driven analysis and AI tools to drive project delivery and modernization.
