Job summary

Acestack in Toronto, ON is seeking an IBMS (Operative BMS) SME Techno-Functional Analyst to provide multi-level support and ensure reliable OPERATIVE IBMS functionality across Scheduling, Ad Sales, Traffic and Billing modules.

The role requires hands-on SQL, experience with ticketing tools, and a strong ability to troubleshoot infrastructure and EUC environments. Collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Technical teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Operative IBMS (BMS).
• Knowledge of broadcast/media workflows (Scheduling, Ad Sales, Traffic, Billing).
• Hands-on SQL and database troubleshooting experience.
• Experience in Helpdesk / EUC support environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ticketing tools.
• Understanding of infrastructure and EUC environments (VDI, VPN).
• Experience with system integrations and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2/L3 support for Operative IBMS (BMS).
• Troubleshoot issues across Scheduling, Ad Sales, Traffic, and Billing modules.
• Resolve incidents, service requests, and user queries through ticketing tools.
• Perform SQL-based data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Investigate system integration issues and data inconsistencies.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure SLA compliance.
• Manage user access, configurations, and minor system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Traffic, Finance, and Technical teams to support business operations.
