Tech Talent International (TTI) is hiring an IBMS (Operative BMS) SME – Techno-Functional Analyst for our consulting client in the Toronto area. The role is a contract position with a rate of $40-45/hr C2C (40 hrs/week), for an estimated duration of 6-12 months with potential extensions.

Location is Hybrid (2/3 days from home) Toronto, ON, Canada. Responsibilities include L1/L2/L3 support for IBMS in a helpdesk environment, troubleshooting scheduling, ad sales, traffic, and billing modules,

Qualifications

• Provide L1/L2/L3 support for IBMS (Operative BMS) in a helpdesk environment.
• Troubleshoot scheduling, ad sales, traffic, and billing modules.
• Perform SQL-based database troubleshooting, data validation, and fixes.
• Work with sales, traffic, finance, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2/L3 support for IBMS (Operative BMS) in a helpdesk environment.
• Troubleshoot issues in scheduling, ad sales, traffic, and billing modules.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and user queries via ticketing tools.
• Perform SQL-based database troubleshooting, data validation, and fixes.
• Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and system integration issues.
• Conduct RCA and ensure SLA adherence.
• Support user access, configurations, and minor enhancements.
• Work closely with sales, traffic, finance, and technical teams.

Role Description:

• Provide L1/L2/L3 support for IBMS (Operative BMS) in a helpdesk environment.
• Troubleshoot issues in scheduling| ad sales| traffic| and billing modules.
• Handle incidents| service requests| and user queries via ticketing tools.
• Perform SQL-based database troubleshooting| data validation| and fixes.
• Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and system integration issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure SLA adherence.
• Support user access| configurations| and minor enhancements.
• Work closely with sales| traffic| finance| and technical teams

Essential Skills:

• Strong experience in Operative IBMS BMS system
• Knowledge of broadcast/media workflows (scheduling| ad sales| traffic| billing)
• Hands-on SQL & database troubleshooting (mandatory)
• Experience in helpdesk / EUC support environment
• Familiarity with ServiceNow/JIRA or similar tools
• Strong analytical| problem-solving| and communication skills
• Understanding of infrastructure / EUC environment (VDI| VPN| etc.)
• Knowledge of integrations and reporting tools
