Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in requirements gathering for Java projects.

• Experience with API request/response mapping to formats including ISO20022.
• Experience acting as a subject matter expert and consultant.
• Mandatory skills: Business Analysis.

As a member of the Business Shared Services Technology (BSST) team, Sr. Business Systems Analyst – Integration Services will plan, manage, lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project in alignment with the business and/or enterprise needs and strategies. This role will be part of a large transformational program team that will enable many lines of business in the enterprise.

Skillset Needed

• Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate (Graduate degree preferred)
• 5 years of experience with a proven track record of requirements gathering (functional, non-functional and technical) for Java Projects
• An understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram, and to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram
• Commitment to applying advanced to expert knowledge of business technology delivery practices and standards and related expertise, including design, development, testing and project management.
• Advanced to expert knowledge of system analysis process and techniques, as well as system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows and business rules.
• In depth knowledge of API request/response parameters, the Mapping of API request/response to ISO20022 or any formats, Downstream API call mapping
• Experience in updating application support documents is a plus
• Good to have Working knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, and Confluence
• Banking / financial industry experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential

Self-motivated team player with high energy and ability to work independently as well as within a team

• Hands-on experience with various SDLC including waterfall, agile and extreme methodologies

Experience and comfort level acting as a subject matter expert and consultant
