Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer / Senior Designer with strong Capital Markets, Azure Cloud, and event-driven distributed systems experience. You will design, develop, and support scalable cloud-native applications using Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, and Python in an Agile environment.

The role requires 8–12 years in IT, with 5+ years hands-on enterprise development, and proven experience in Azure-based solutions and Capital Markets projects.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on development in enterprise applications.
• Strong experience in Azure-based cloud solutions.
• Experience on Capital Markets or Financial Services projects.
• Proven experience in designing scalable Microservices and Event-Driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade applications for Capital Markets platforms.
• Build and maintain scalable Microservices-based solutions.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs for system integration.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka and messaging frameworks.
• Develop cloud-native applications on Azure and AKS.
• Write performant SQL queries and optimize database interactions.

• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and design sessions.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable cloud‑native applications using Microservices architecture, REST APIs, Kafka, and Python.
